Payment & Shipping
(1) ORDER PROCESSING
- Self-Collection is temporarily unavailable.
- We strived to process your order within 3-5days upon payment confirmation. An estimate delivery time will be indicated by us in your order confirmation.
- We shall notify accordingly if we are unable to meet the targeted delivery date, however we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising for the late delivery.
- Our Courier Partner will return your parcel(s) if the delivery details provided by you are invalid / insufficient or in the event when the courier attempted repeated delivery but failed for whatsoever reasons. In such events when the parcel is returned to us, we shall charge you for processing fees to ship again. Partial Refund will be made via Store Credit in event there is no further arranged shipping.
(2) PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by online banking, credit card or bank transfer.
Please ensure the credit card you used for payment to be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, FLOWER TEA SHOP will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
(3) DELIVERY FEES:
The Shipping Fees are as such:

(4) DELIVERY TERMS:
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT.
- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
