We are really sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help.
Criteria eligible for return and refund
1) Did not receive your order
2) Received an incomplete product(s) (Missing Quantity)
3) Received the wrong product(s) (Different Product)
4) Received a defect product(s) (Spoilt)
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you did not receive your order or received an incomplete product(s), we will initiate a refund upon confirmation.
If you received the wrong product(s) or a defect product(s), you will have contact our Customer Service and arrange for returns. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
All refunds will be based will be based on your preferences.
1. Bank Transfer.
2. Credit Card if only this is your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Returns by courier Services
All items will be inspected on return; and all returned item shall be sent in their original condition and packaging.
It will be your responsibility untill we receive it, kindly packed properly and ensure there will be no possible damage.
Term and Conditions
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to product enhancement.
- We will try our best to accept all return request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unacceptable condition, or outside the 7 days return policy, we may dispose of it accordingly.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve our right to refuse any return request.
